Review: Paul Zinck Cremant d’Alsace Rose

The only thing better than a delicious glass of bubbles on a hot Summer afternoon is a delicious glass of pink bubbles!

Paul Zinck crafts some outstanding wines from the region of Alsace in North-Western France. The Cremant Rose is made from 100% Pinot Noir and is produced using the traditional Champagne method. A short time in contact with the skins of the Pinot Noir grapes gives this bubbly its pretty pink hue.  This has been one of my favourite value sparkling wines for years and is consistently delicious.

This dry rose is bursting with aromas and flavours of strawberry, raspberry and crisp apple. Try this funky and fun sparkling wine with cedar planked salmon on the bbq or as a great way to get your next picnic started.
